Some of the species are bigger than others kempi and ruahae are the smallest ones, so this individual *could* be one or the other, or indeed a hybrid. However, these tend to be black-skinned whilst the largest ones have yellow or pink facial skin, which this individual appears to display..... so a pure individual of any subspecies is unlikely in this case.
One day someone should get around to working out what the various non-ssp individuals dotted around Europe represent, really whether this may variously be hybrids or pure individuals.
I think it's a hybrid. Neither the eye colour nor the colour of the skin around the eye matches what nominate should be (or any of the others for that matter). I think there should also be some more grey colour in the white areas for nominate.
The other possibility, just to confuse things even more, is that this individual could also have some genetic lineage derived from one of the *other* Tockus hornbills
