wow, wow, WOW!! I absolute love this picture, the details, colours everything is wonderful, you should sell this as a poster, i could actually see it in a book! or on my wall, fabulous!
Thank you. This wasn't a difficult photo to take as I have a nice macro lens. The hard part was to keep checking the vivarium where this species used to be kept with golden mantellas. I thought they might have given up on this species when the renovated their exhibits as only the frogs had labels. But I spent some time going round some of other the galleries in the museum before checking again.
This little guy only came out of hiding to bask under the lamp which was just out of the shot. I have never seen a day gecko of any species to match his colours.
