On the masterplan it says they'll be a 'Biodiversity & Sustainibility Centre' on the site of Treetops, so presumably it'd have to be bulldozed to allow that to built, but I imagine it will be a good few years before that happens. And the new entrance/shop/visitor centre is planned to be built behind it, so that may occupy some of the site.
Yes its difficult to say exactly how it will be developed , there have been many suggestions but I think it really depends on how secure the building really is? Z.
