An interesting story relating to this house is that because it was originally built for black rhino, the roof was much lower than it is now. When the black pair Kes and Katie died the decision was to introduce the white rhino, but because they were substantially bigger their backs and horns rubbed against the celing! The roof was subsequentley raised by about a metre for this reason.
