As its on the hardstanding, I think this may be the recently arrived stallion' Bingo' from Paignton. He's now got to prove himself with Marwell's mares ( he didn't at Paignton).
 
It's interesting to see that he appears to have lost the red soil tint that's characteristic of Paignton's zebras.
 
Yes, I'm not sure it really is him but it 'looks' like a male. He isn't pink though as you'd still expect him to be.
 
Unless I'm completely confused, one of the ways to identify him, according to the signs at Paignton, was by the dangley bit on his neck.
 
Its called a dewlap. All Hartmann's zebras have one- males and females both. You can see it vaguely in this photo but it doesn't identify if its him or not.

The bare patch on the rump could indicate a 'travel sore' from the travelling crate but I'm still not sure as, like you, I'd still expect him to look pink-coloured so maybe its one of the mares.
 
I've put this one up next to MHale's recent shot, to show they're both the same animal- Bingo the new male.
