Hi, does anyone know why the Gemsbok only have their horns shortened? And if Marwell still have them?

I think there was one Gemsbok at Marwell who was a little aggressive and the horns was cut short because of that I might be wrong tho. Unfortunately these left Marwell a few years ago now

Aw what a shame, they're a spectacular species!
Presumably its also safer for the keeping staff as well as the other animals because of the mixed species enclosure?
