There were also hawaiian goose (which was labeled) and could be seen picking a fight with the crowned crane.
 
It certainly seems much more derelict then when I last saw it: It was very grassy even with the tapirs. Presumably the capybara's move here caused the mudfield.
 
I remember seeing Malayan tapirs in this enclosure (before the now old african plains, now phillipine exhibit, which then was a small enclosure for sika deer).
