In that case, what he said is correct as he pointed out that the fencing was electric on the inside, ie the same as this "exhibit", with a stronger outer fence. The only thing he did not mention was the eight foot fence but I presume that is because, as you say, this is a barrier to stop things getting in and his post was referring to the rhinos getting out.

I think the earlier posts suggested that the fence was not adequate and I am confused that you think he was saying that they are actually very secure! but if that’s haw you understand what was said then sorry he was correct the fence is very secure.
