Yes, although the gate is shut in the photo. The former residents used to use both areas and, as Pertinax mentions, the whole enclosure has just been re-fenced for the Takin.
I remember a member of staff a while back saying that the Hamadryas Baboon enclosure will become a Himalayan exhibit so this old goat enclosure is probably just temporary until then?
