Yup, only non-releasable animals would be allowed to be kept. I would say that there is a good chance of Taronga acquiring more leopard seals (rescue animals only) long term, given the history, but it is in no way guaranteed.

Bib Fortuna 1 Jun 2016 Unfortunately,"Casey"passed away in 2013, so Taronga has no Leopard Seal at the moment, and I belive, there is no LS currently in a Zoo.
