Am i right in saying they still have access to the Aspinall-Type cages?

Not quite. Each species(colobus and De Brazza) also has an indoor shelter with glass viewing windows and a small outdoor 'cage'. These are similar to the old style design but the outdoor area is tiny because they have this 'forest' instead.
This enclosure wasn't built as an extension of any of the old style cages, but they could easily do that with some of the others e.g. Drills & Diana monkeys could 'share' a large outdoor area.
