This is probably about two-thirds of the area, something like that.

It's a very good-sized paddock.
 
I remember that this enclosure once held some Barbaruissa , does anybody remember that? , whatever happened to the Barbaruissa at the Aspinall parks?
 
I heard there's a problem with finding good genes in babirusa in captivity, which was the reason Marwell stopped keeping there's (which was a shame, as they were one of my favourite animals there).

There was only a handfull of breeding aged females in europe a few years back not sure if that has changed at all thou.

thats a great shame , i was looking forwad to seeing them on my future visit to the Aspinall parks
