AgileGibbon would - that's what makes it a perfect place, we're both happy .

In seriousness, Indonesia and the surrounding area has some of the best species going - Sumatran and Javan rhino, orangutans, gibbons, Malayan tapir, sun bear, Babirusa, clouded leopard - all of which make up some of my fave species. In fact, I would be willing to say that if you counted my top 10 species in the world only the black rhino would be outside of Indonesia.

You forgot the banteng!

And Borneo's Proboscis Monkey. As well as Sulawesi's many Tarsiers.

Good points to both - also missed macaques off there, as well as Javan leopards and many birds and reptiles (and if we count New Guinea there is tree kangaroo and cassowary also )
