Otocolobus manul. Probably* the female. Emerging from rock tunnel which connects the central, open-topped, portion of the enclosure with one of the (covered, netted) side portions. I believe these tunnels (one is highlighted in the attached photo) were built to allow the cats (but not crows, which don't like venturing into dark holes) easy access through the fence from the uncovered to the covered areas.
* the keeper I spoke with wasn't 100% sure if this was the male or female, but settled on female. Admittedly though, he was trying to determine which from a small image on the back of my camera.
