I thought that as well. The terrarium is about average size with some branches to climb on (as pictured). Other than that, I don't really remember - I could see smooth-coated otters just around the corner!
yeah i agree that there could be more plants in this enclosure , but its amazing this species is being kept there, ive never seen this species in any zoological garden , i geuss when i finally visit the united kingdom again i will have to visit this centre if only to see this species

Chester is the best zoo in England in my own opinion (it's also the zoo with the highest annual attendance). It's got a wonderful range of species in brilliant enclosures (check out the gallery - there's lots of photos!!)
I haven't been to Cotswold, so I can't comment, but it is highly regarded.
You also might be interested to know that this particular Iguana is moving to Belfast zoo (according to the Belfast news thread)
