Interesting, the neck colour was fairly different as was the brown on the feathers (though I think this is sub-adult?). Looking at ZTL, Walsrode is rufotinctus and this should be aurantiacus (though HBW lists it as monotypic).

I believe this is another one of those cases where a taxon was over-split, and to compensate it was then over-lumped; the true state of affairs is likely to be somewhere in the middle.
