The platform was closed off and the building seems to be not completely finished yet.
I don't know what the building is for but I wondered if it might be the accommodation listed on the website as the 'Unique Lodgings' at 'Todd's Camp' 'coming soon'.

Yes, I think you're correct. However, given the speed with which plans change here, and given the length of time it is taking to finish this structure off.... Who knows? A year ago, it was looking as if it was close to being finished, so I wouldn't want to hazard a guess as to when it will be ready....
