That is an absolutely stunning shot - congratulations!
Sinistral (eyes on the left side of the body, as you can tell by the orientation of the mouth), looks pretty round - my money'd be on either Turbot (Scopthalmus maximus) or Brill (Scopthalmus rhombus). If forced to choose I'd probably say Brill - it looks 'rounder' than a turbot, but that's not easy to tell from this angle.

@Maguari - I think actually it may be a turbot - I remember taking a photo of that species now it has been mentioned, but don't recall Brill. Of course, the turbot photo may be a different one, and I just didn't see the sign for this
