Very smart. There are some like this on a farm/camping site near me, where they have pigs/goats/alpacas etc also. I wasn't sure whether they were for people or animals.
I think this style/shape is used for all sorts of designs these days, up to much bigger sizes for people to stay in. But this one is pretty plush if you're a Wallaby I guess....
This made me chuckle, and when I first saw the photo I thought that it was a shed for gardening tools! Would the wallabies ever be locked inside during poor weather? If so, are there any windows for sunlight to filter through?

The wallabies in question will be red-necked (Bennett's) wallabies which are from Tasmania and take the English climate quite well. In fact there have been several wild colonies in England over the years descended from escaped animals, so poor weather -- even English weather -- isn't really a big problem for them.
They did well on the Pennine Moors and of course Whipsnade have(had?) them too. They seem to prosper even in damp, foggy conditions and having been to Tasmania, I can see why.
