More apologies. I do have a flimsy excuse though in that there are some building materials preventing anyone from getting right up to the mesh at this end of the aviary!
This one explains most of my queries- I can see the layout now. Also how it used to be three aviaries with the flight partitions removed to give one bigger one. The birds' entry door(s) is similar to mine.
