If it was a James' shouldn't it have more yellow on the beak, less black on the tail, and more red around the eye? This bird doesn't appear to have those, so would be an Andean as titled.

A A Adrian k 5 Apr 2016 I am going by the red edging to the beak as Andean don't appear to have this and James do but If I am incorrect will be happy to be corrected.
