I know this is jarring from a zoogeographic perspective. As long as the inhabitants coexist peacefully and they have similar husbandry requirements is this really any more of an issue than the many institutions who mix sacred and scarlet ibis? Or even indian rhino and blackbuck?
As long as the Information is made available to the public what these species natural distribution is I really don't see a huge problem. It's not like this is an immersion exhibit trying to reicate a specific habitat (any many of these are rather inaccurate).
I'm kinda surprised it's being criticised for being zoogeograpically inacurate but because the inhabitants would have differing optimal temperatures and humidities.
