I think FBBird is right and it is an Umbrella Cockatoo, as the plumage is very white in colour. They may call it a 'Mollucan', or 'Salmon-crested' cockatoo though- that is a very similar species but which has an overall pink tinge to the plumage.

Umbrella is also known as Great White Cockatoo, if that helps. Molluccan is similar size & rounded crest shape, but with deep salmon pink crest and pink flush over the whole plumage. Both species can be very large and very loud.

According to the signage there are citron crested cockatoo and white cockatoo in this exhibit.
Citron-crested cockatoo is the Sumba subspecies of lesser sulphur-crested cockatoo - it is small with a bright orangey-yellow crest.

White cockatoo is the one in this picture (although most people, myself included, call it an umbrella cockatoo [for the shape of the crest]).

Chiang Mai Zoo (Thailand) has Sulphur Crested and Umbrella cockatoos in the same exhibit.
