Hylobates klossi

One of Twycross's lost rarities, this was my last shot of Bilou before he died; and I don't expect to see another of his species any time soon.

How old was he, it's a pity they don't have anymore asI've never seen one personely but they look very interesting
Does anyone know any other zoo that have these Gibbon's in

There is a couple in south east Asian zoos, but my data may be old stuff now.

I was watching Natural world from the other night and the program was based around the rehabilitation of Agile gibbons, however the site of his sister centre is one of the islands that Kloss Gibbons occur, although the common name used for the gibbon was not known to me the name of the island was known to me as I had been reading a paper on the recordings of wild Kloss gibbon songs just this week.

Been searching my old Twycross zoo pictures and I don’t have one of him, although I remember him on my earlier visits. :(
