I think possibly the only place the S.leopards may be invisible in the exhibit is if they go 'over the top', there is a short grass-turfed bank behind, but they still aren't actually hidden from people (inside the zoo), even there.
@Maguari: thanks for posting the latest photos of this snow leopard exhibit. The amazing thing about ZooChat is that within days of a new enclosure opening somewhere around the world then sure enough there is a ZooChatter ready to post photos of it on this amazing website. Then of course the debate really begins!

Although this exhibit is fully visible, there aren't actually any of your namesakes in there yet - they're still in their temporary exhibit elsewhere in the zoo. It doesn't look like there's too much else to do on it though, so I don't think it'll be long before it's up and going.
Whatever my reservations about the complex as a whole, this enclosure is definitely one of Twycross' best exhibits (or will be, once occupied!).
