All three females are now in with Boulas? (Bongo, Biddy and Asante).

I think they were though must admit I wasn't counting as I'd come to see Boulas, who was outside with Biddy. Only went inside very briefly. Caught the very tail end of a gorilla talk which said that Biddy, despite being the oldest (if I heard correctly) is apparently his favourite.

No problem. Just would love an update on how Asante is doing now.

Bongo is the oldest but biddy looks it. Biddy is very smitten with Boulas and even when not together she would be active checking out her new house mate. Its not impossible that they could breed but unlikely due to Boulas maybe being infertile.

Biddy has the most normal background of the three. Boulas has been mating with her almost from the day of introduction. She probably follows him around doggedly which is typical behaviour for a female that 'gets on' with her male. Unfortunately either Boulas is infertile, or Biddy may not be able to breed again, or a combination of both, though its still an open situation at present.
The animals in this group were actually supposed to be 'retired' from breeding. Then Asante joined it a couple of months ago because of her problems with Oumbie. I guess they would still like to breed from her but I think you'll find due to their abnormal/humanised backgrounds that both she and Bongo just tolerate Boulas but don't have any real relationship with him.
