Gauging roughly from the planning docs, I would say that the islands themselves are about 50% longer than the previous runs (and about the same width). If you factor in the over-water stretch from housing to island, then you're probably looking at double the previous length.
Edit: after looking at some additional planning docs, the islands are each in the region of 27-32m in length, and vary between 5m and 8m in width. The interior enclosures (not including night quarters) are each 6.5m x 9m approx.
