It's in the car 'air-lock' on the way into the Dhole reserve (as you enter from the Barbary Sheep/Persian Fallow Deer reserve). As such, you can't leave your car. It's on the left hand side of two lane traffic, so you need to position your car correctly to get a decent view!
It occurs to me that the enclosure for the same species at Wildwood is open-topped and you can walk right up to that, so it can't be a requirement (unless the local council have demanded it).
What a unique exhibit, although having viewing only from an automobile seems slightly ridiculous. What does DWA stand for in Britain? (Dallas World Aquarium?)
