Here's one of the Persian fallow bucks in early May- with velvet 'knobs' just appearing- what you would expect at this time of year for Common Fallow too.
So how did this, or another buck in the group get to look like the one in hard antler in July? Maybe the date the photo was actually taken(not uploaded) is wrong but I don't mean Maguari's photo.
