They are in the area where there are some birds of prey enclosures and a large parrot enclosure nearby, directly next to the construction site for the new Chimp exhibit.
Ah yes - this is where they were in the Spring. Not an enclosure in which one is going to get a great view, without an enormous amount of luck, unfortunately!
