Tiger enclosure (the other one)

This is the second enclosure, as yet unoccupied. I forgot to take one of the other one!

It looks like it is going to be a very attractive enclosure! Great to see that there are some mature trees.

Who needs to see the first enclosure when this one is so amazing!
I really must make my fist visit here as soon as I can.
Guess I must ask, what does the first enclosure look like? is it as big as this and why are there two enclosures?

Because eventually they hope to have 2 pairs of tigers.

The other one only has a semi-wooded slope viewable from this side, the trees you can see behind the fence alongside the pool are in the other enclosure. The raised walkway we were on runs right along the 'front'. The pool for that enclosure is round the 'back' and access to that viewpoint is not completed.

So what was in the spots where there is now just soil (and good quality by the looks of it), and what if anything will be planed there?

We never had access down there to know what it was like but I guess something like what's still there in the other enclosure. Not sure what they will plant it with but they've got a couple of months at least before the female arrives.
