What is that bird in the sky? from the wing and tail shape and its general silhouette, it looks remarkably like a Honey Buzzard! I can see another bird in flight on the extreme left too. They aren't on the glass are they?
I assume the glass is lamanated and that is what is keeping it secure, I wonder if it ws an intentionaly thrown stone, or from a strimmer/ mower? it would take some force to shatter it.

It's security glass with multiple layers - only one of the layers is cracked so the barrier is still safe. The sign just said 'a stone' - no further info that I recall.
That's what I thought initially but it looked very small for a bird sticker and I began to think it was a raptor high in the sky- defo Honey Buzzard silhouette I reckon ('pinched' wings and long tail/neck)
