Maguari 1 Apr 2013 "The 5 Baboon Species" I couldn\'t get a picture of the species sign as I normally do with new arrivals at YWP as there were photographers lined up all along that section!

D D Dicerorhinus 2 Apr 2013 Isn't there a very obvious error on this sign? Great photos as always Maguari!

DesertRhino150 2 Apr 2013 Isn't the yellow baboon photo actually a Barbary macaque? That's certainly what it looks like.

D D Dicerorhinus 2 Apr 2013 Yes, I'm talking about the Barbary macaque! After the fuss made over the signage at another UK collection it'll be inerrsting to see where this goes. I'm surprised Maguari didn't notice it to be honest!

filipinos 2 Apr 2013 It´s one of the first pics you see when you look for Yellow Baboon. Maybe it wasn´t made by a zoo professional, it may have been made by a signage company?

I read over all the text (and saw the auto-correct error in the capitalised 'Anubis') but missed that photo error altogether!

Maguari 21 Jun 2014 Checked today and we now have a Yellow Baboon on the sign (though still a capital 'A' for anubis...):
