I may be wrong but I thought from looking at the plans that the African plains were moving to the current camel enclosure and the rhinos were going in a remodelled African plains, that would make this the new African plains shelter the area at the back of the African plains would be the new rhino housing? I may have misread them though as it was only on my phone.

I stand corrected wayne. Now the building is a lot further on it is obvious I was wrong as the doors are large enough for it to be used as a " summer house" for the giraffe and smaller hoofstock. I will put photos of the upto date,well "Good Friday" anyway, progress later today.
