this may have been the Owl-faced monkey enclosure in the old Sobell. The path has been raised as the ground in the old monkey cages was waist-height to visitors. This view is from just below the 'field station', and is the first monkey cage on your left as you come out of the walk-through aviary. The indoor primate enclosure backing onto the colobus indoor exhibit is now a tree monitor exhibit.
