2. As a form, I like it enormously
3. It is apparently intended to help the public appreciate the marvels of termite architecture....and that's quite appropriate for a zoo.
I don't have a problem with this exhibit in particular, but it is not situated near any animal species linked to termites - indeed if I remember correctly it is in the middle of the strange animal-free zone in the middle of London Zoo, where there are scarcely any animals in sight!
