I still maintain they could improve this exhibit vastly without having to build afresh- fill in the pointless watermoat to give the Lions double the land space, put in big windows to view through, and landscape it by adding big boulders and a sandy substrate to make it resemble Gir- the Indian dry Forest where the Lions naturally live. Not too difficult and would get rid of that 'dank' feel the enclosure has.
