A little peguin model hiding out in a burrow of sorts as you head up to the penguins from the sealion viewing window. (yes i was going the wrong way ).
I don't think it is a penguin model actually, but rather a shearwater or petrel in a burrow. It has a totally different head to a penguin, and also a wing rather than a flipper. I think there were two or three of these on the big rocks opposite the wandering albatross sculpture. There are penguin models in the hut which leads into the penguin/shorebird aviary.
Yeah I would say you are right. I will admit at the time I was unsure what I was looking at. I changed the title to be more generalised seeing as we dont know exactly what it is. Thanks for pointing it out
