S S Shirokuma 5 Dec 2013 It is one half of what was the anteater enclosure by the web of life/bugs building. This viewing area is at the end of it by the parrots aviaries.

ajmcwhipsnade 6 Dec 2013 great thanks for that! do they not have anteaters anymore? when I was there in the spring I'm sure I saw one in its indoor house.

I I IanRRobinson 6 Dec 2013 So how much of the old Broad Walk Paddocks are still sitting there unused?
ajmcwhipsnade 6 Dec 2013 was this the end that had rheas? or did they share the whole thing with the anteaters?
S S Shirokuma 7 Dec 2013 I think the rheas shared the whole area. This side of the zoo is quite full: penguins, then parrots, a not too big gap where there is some sort of nature garden I generally ignore, the vicuña and anteater enclosure and then squirrel monkeys.
