I´d neber noticed the funny looking feed of this species ! Great shot of a species rarely seen in Europe. I´ve seen them a long time ago at Antwerp Zoo but it´s not kept there anymore.

How are they doing at Auckland - howmany are there and have they been bred there ?
Auckland Zoo have nine Little Blue penguins - Marlin, Coral, Dory, Moki, Koura, Mako, Ari, Kingi and Tai. They do not breed their penguins, instead taking in rescued little blue penguins that would not survive in the wild.
