At the moment, no ban on pushchairs / buggies but scooters are not allowed into the enclosure. The notice is on the right hand side of entry to the enclosure

For a Lemur walkthrough this looks of a good/high standard as one would expect from London. I think banning buggies would make things difficult for some visitors, the toddlers in the buggies can't see the animals and single adults in charge of buggies would have to miss the exhibit altogether.
