It is. Sadly still waiting for either a use or demoilition...

I would be interested to know if anyone has a guidebook showing this exhibit, and exactly where it was.
The old elephant house cannot be pulled down. It is I believe a grade II* listed building

as far as i know its just being used for storage at the moment. with some decent work it could be a good exhibit

I believe that this depicts the Flamingo Pool that used to be outside the Hall Farm Restaurant (now the Discovery Centre); it features in several old Whipsnade guidebooks.

That is where it was situated Tim, I remeber the greater flamingos were there when I started visiting in 1989. They only have the Caribbean flamingos now.
