Frankton Zoological Gardens is a small collection, mostly of aviary birds, in the back garden of a house near the Queenstown airport. It has been in operation since 1965!!
These aviaries house small parakeets (specifically for those pictured here: budgies, turquoisines, and Indian ringnecks)
