Got to be one of the most impressive views within a zoo which I have ever had the good fortune to see, along with more or less *every* view overlooking Alpenzoo, the Cairngorms overlooking Highland Wildlife Park, and the Rhinoceros paddock on the lawns in front of the manor house at Cotswold Wildife Park.

I don't know about Alpenzoo, but I agree with your UK nominations. I would add the view across the city from the higher parts of Edinburgh Zoo and the view across the Romney Marsh and the Channel to the French coast from the top of the steps at Port Lympne.
Arguably this is even better from the 'lookout lodge' area on the Safari trail. Its a slightly different, more Easterly prospect obviously but really is stunning.

I don't know that one, but l love the Romney Marsh which has so many associations - birdwatching at Dungeness (where sea meets gravel meets nuclear power), memories of watching Patrick McGoohan in Dr Syn at the Gaumont, with E F Benson's Tilling/Hythe just a little out of sight.
