The entire Prehistoric Park complex (set on several acres and constructed in 1986) will be demolished in the next few years as Japanese Macaques and Takins will be added to the zoo's collection. The long-term goal is to also have Amur Tigers in a pair of habitats as this part of the zoo will be named Beyond the Great Wall.
