I didn't take this photo, a visitor from Calgary did on May 31st.
The red fox pup was brought in as an orphan. Rather then taking it to one of the renowned wildlife facilities nearby, they handraised it for public encounters. It is living with a lion cub at the moment, that was born at the zoo. The lion cub is used in photo shoots at various public events and at a studio in Calgary.
