I saw the the thumbnail photo, and was going to wibble on about being irritated by calling this animal a "Japanese snow macaque". Then I saw the photo in all its glory...
I can only echo snowleopard's comment. Quite how this place can function legally is beyond me.
this is (both zoo and exhibit), are monstrosities. As already said, the owners who think these are OK conditions to keep animals, should be kept in this enclosure, and see how they like it
