porcupine enclosure

housing one female South African crested porcupine from Orana Park. This was formerly the home of the small-clawed otters before they died last year of old age. As much as I like porcupines, for a small zoo this is a bit of a wasted exhibit from the public point of view as the porcupine is, of course, asleep for most of the time.

The zoo is hoping to get some more otters in the future.
