For now, just a mountain. I think they put the fence up to keep people from climbing it. With people being so sue happy these days, there's no such a thing as being too careful, blah.
Back before the Tundra Trek renovation, there was an exhibit on this location with dall sheep. They have since been moved out but If they would have had the space, It would have been nice if they stayed and had there exhibit renovated
