I am glad it is now closed. Based on your photos, it looks pretty bad.

Thankfully, the public (at least in the western world) is less tolerant of places like this and I think more and more are closing. When I first moved to Arizona in 1993, there were three bad roadside zoos that are all now closed (Window Rock, Payson, Douglas).
